“I hate gyms but Carol has been phenomenal for my health and my mind.”Hiri, Google review
Most people arrive nervous.
Carol coaches from her own studio in Pinner, one person at a time. She has been a Level 3 Personal Trainer since July 2017 and is fully insured. Most of the people she works with arrived nervous, or sore, or convinced that gyms were not for them, and several have now been training with her for years.
Your sessions get written for you and then changed as you go, around whatever your body is doing that week. She is not much interested in the scales.
Lose a kilo of fat, gain two of muscle, and the scales go up. Dress size and the tape measure tell you far more.Carol
One room, and it’s yours for the hour.
A private personal training studio in Pinner. Nobody else is booked in while you are here, and there is no membership to join.
You learn a movement properly before you load it, and a session gets rebuilt around a stiff knee or a bad night’s sleep rather than pushed through.

I’ve been carrying a very painful shoulder issue for nearly a year. I saw an osteopath and spent a lot of money on massages. Nothing worked. I mention it to Carol and she has it feeling better in a week!
AmyI started training a few weeks ago following a knee operation which I was struggling to recover from. Carol has managed to get me walking again unaided.
MichaelCarol is an amazing trainer who treats me as an individual body, not as an age and weight.
JacqIt is my first time doing any exercises and never been to a gym before. Seeing it really helped me feel comfortable that I am in the right place.
Divine GraceCarole has listened to my goals and is developing my workout depending on my cycle (menopausal). My body shape is now resembling what it once was and I’m delighted.
NTRI have arthritis in my knee: that is why going to a personal trainer is important for me.
NickShe’s managed to significantly improve the leg pain that I’d previously been experiencing for years. For the first time in my life I no longer dread exercising!
LewisYou didn’t just help me physically recover, you helped me mentally recover too. Over the past six years you’ve become so much more than just a PT.
HinaShe’s helped me build confidence using the gym equipment, steadily increasing my strength. I feel stronger, more capable and genuinely supported every step of the way.
NiamhFantastic personal trainer who really understands strength and balance training. I feel stronger, more stable and more confident thanks to her guidance.
PatriciaI initially saw her to help me strengthen my back and shoulders as I was in a lot of pain. The pain is long gone.
RupalChallenge and encouragement are well balanced and I always feel the benefits and can look at genuine progress after each session.

No complicated hybrid package, and no requirement to book one every month.
Start with one session.
