Carol, personal trainer in Pinner since 2017.

She coaches from her own studio, one person at a time, and a lot of the people she works with had written off the idea of training altogether.

“Over the past six years you’ve become so much more than just a PT.”

Getting stronger, and staying that way.

Carol coaches for strength, mobility and staying capable as you get older. That takes longer than six weeks.

She qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in July 2017 and has coached from her own studio in Pinner ever since. She is also the whole business. She takes the enquiry, writes the programme and coaches every session herself.

About two thirds of the people she coaches are women, and most are over 40. Some had not trained in years when they first walked in. Some had never trained at all.

How a session works

What she is qualified for.

Qualification

Level 3 Personal Trainer, qualified in July 2017. That is the whole list.

Insurance

Fully insured for one to one coaching in her own studio.

Alongside a physio or GP

Plenty of her clients come to her while working back from an injury or an operation. Carol is a trainer, not a clinician, so the diagnosis stays with your physio or GP. She builds the sessions around what they have already advised.

One studio

Everything happens at 151 Village Way in Pinner. Carol is the only person coaching there.

Some of them have been here six years.

Some arrived after a bad experience somewhere else: a trainer who did not listen, or a gym where they felt watched.

Thirty eight of them have left a review on Google, and every single one is five stars.

Come and meet her.

The quickest way to find out whether this suits you is an hour in the studio. Carol will ask a lot of questions. You decide afterwards.
